Supervisors are the employer’s representative on a construction site. They monitor the progress of the project, plan the work, assign tasks, and ensure the safety and health of workers. Having a competent supervisor on site is one of the keys to reducing injuries and property damage in the construction industry. The training shall take a minimum of 30 contact hours.
